The Pause Before the Override - Before saying yes, fixing, explaining, committing, or reacting, pause for 30 seconds and ask:“ Does this feel aligned, or am I overriding myself again?”


Body Check-In - Your mind can rationalize almost anything. Your body usually answers first.

Tight chest = contraction

Heavy exhaustion = depletion

Expanded breath = alignment

Calm = truth


The “Future Me” Exercise - Write from the perspective of yourself one year from now after finally trusting your intuition. What changed? What did you stop tolerating? What became possible?


The Evidence List - Make two columns: Times I Ignored Myself and Times My Intuition Was Right. Most people discover their body has been accurate far more often than they realized.


Nervous System Reset - Walk without music, podcasts, your phone, social media scrolling, or the constant cycle of news and outside input. Let your thoughts settle naturally instead of continuously consuming everyone else’s noise, opinions, fears, and distractions.


The Energy Audit - Notice who, what, and where leaves you feeling:

Expanded

Neutral

Drained

Anxious

Inspired

Your nervous system keeps score long before your mind catches up.
